Logos & Images
Use of player images & Gundawgs / PH Logos are strictly forbidden unless approved by the Gundawgs Baseball Board Members. This includes but is not limited to merchandise, flyers, banners, etc. Requests to utilize these assets can be submitted to the board in writing to powerhousebaseballNC@gmail.com. Failure to do so will result in criminal & civil penalties.
Fundraising
As a 501(c)3 organization, we have fundraising guidelines we must abide by. To ensure compliance of those guidelines, all fundraisers must be approved through the Gundawgs Baseball office. Please submit your fundraiser requests via email to powerhousebaseballNC@gmail.com (include as much detail as possible about the fundraiser you are requesting approval for).
Facility
No parents or siblings may be inside the facility during practice. This is a liability as it causes distractions amongst the players and can lead to injuries for both players & guests. At this time, we are asking that parents/siblings remain outside or in the lobby during practice times.

No smoking or vaping on premises

No food/drinks on premises. (Only reusable drink containers are allowed for players)

No sunflower seeds, rice, etc. in the turf or batting cage rooms - squads will be fined $100 for each violation.
